High Level Industrial Access Services

The variety of work at height that can be carried out is very diverse and can differ from delicate installation to debris removal and demolition.

Engineering Access

KD Access works at heights and operates as the eyes of engineering companies. For example we can take samples for testing, locate water intrusion, locate tie-bar and take depth reading for re-bar.

We have laser equipment that enables us to accurately measure and calculate structural dimensions, allowing for research of possible movements within the structure.

High Level Access for Maintenance & Repairs

This in itself offers a diverse scope of operations. For example we can restore and replace mastic seals and joints in all areas where degradation has occurred, change high level light bulbs, clear gutters and paint. If there is a problem at height or in area of difficult access, we are able to investigate and offer recommendation for the rectification of that fault. High level cleaning is a regularly provided service, whether it is post construction cleaning, window cleaning or jet washing.

Construction & Installation Access

At KD Access we specialise in installations. During October and November we work closely with Christmas decoration companies installing suspension point and suspending decoration. Other tasks include the installation of:

• Assisting in alarm installations including smoke beams.
